Customers are responsible for the payment of customs duties on imported goods and taxes specified by each country (VAT, etc.) on arrival of your order.

If you purchased from EU countries, you can request a cancellation on the WITHDRAWAL FORM within 14 days.

Items are shipped by FedEx within five (5) days after orders are received (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and New Year holidays in Japan).
Please be aware that delivery dates cannot be selected, and we are unable to provide exact shipping dates or accommodate specific shipping date requests.

CDG E-SHOP customer service will be closed from September 19 to September 23, 2026 (JST).

Please note that any inquiries reviewed during this period will be handled from September 24 onwards. Orders placed between September 18 and September 23 will be shipped on September 24. (JST)
