Customers are responsible for the payment of customs duties on imported goods and taxes specified by each country (VAT, etc.) on arrival of your order.

If you purchased from EU countries, you can request a cancellation on the WITHDRAWAL FORM within 14 days.

Items are shipped by FedEx within five (5) days after orders are received (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and New Year holidays in Japan).
Please be aware that delivery dates cannot be selected, and we are unable to provide exact shipping dates or accommodate specific shipping date requests.

CDG E-SHOP customer service will be closed from August 11 to August 16, 2026 (JST).

Please note that any inquiries reviewed during this period will be handled from August 17 onwards. Orders placed between August 10 and August 16 will be shipped on August 17. (Japan Standard Time)
