Items are shipped within five (5) days after orders are received (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and New Year holidays).
Please be aware that delivery dates cannot be selected, and we could not tell you about exact shipping date or requesting shipping date.

We could not accept cancellation or item changes by the customer's circumstances.

Shipping information in 2025-26

Final shipment in 2025 will be 29th December, and first shipment in 2026 will be 5th January.

Please note that orders placed between 9 AM of 29th December and 4th January will be shipped on 5th January.
