Items are shipped within five (5) days after orders are received (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and New Year holidays in Japan).
Please be aware that delivery dates cannot be selected, and we could not tell you about exact shipping date or requesting shipping date.

Please note that customers are responsible for the payment of customs duties on imported goods and taxes specified by each country (VAT, etc.) on arrival of your order.

If you purchased from EU countries, you can request a cancellation on the WITHDRAWAL FORM within 14 days. 

Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed.
