EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FORM
EU Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only) - Effective June 19, 2026
If you live in the EU or EEA, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start from the day you receive the goods. If your order comes in more than one delivery, the 14 days start from the day you receive the last item.
Refund Processing: Upon exercising this right, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days of the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost.
Timeframe: You must tell us you want to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. After that, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.
1. Return Conditions & Eligibility
We will offer a full refund provided that the products meet the following strict criteria:
Condition: Items must be complete, unused, completely unaltered, and in perfect condition.
Packaging: No specific packaging, but please ensure that the original shoe box is included for footwear.
Labels: All original tags must remain fully attached.
Important Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns or deduct a portion of the refund if items are returned with diminished value. Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or have had their tags removed do not qualify for a full refund. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. Under EU regulations, any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics will be deducted from your final refund. Refunds for valid EU withdrawals are not given at our discretion. We will refund you once the conditions above are met.
2. Return Procedure & Shipping Guidelines (EU Customers only)
If you wish to return your parcel, you must strictly adhere to the following guidelines:
How to Submit a Request: To cancel, tell us in any clear statement — through our CONTACT page or by using the withdrawal form below.
You can also log in to your account and complete the request form. Using a specific method is not required. Our customer support team will then email you detailed return instructions Once your request is received, our customer support team will email you detailed instructions on the return process. Please be aware that if you do not submit a request in advance, your return may be declined.
Approved Courier: To ensure safe, smooth, and tracked transit, we highly recommend using major couriers. However, you may use any reliable, tracked courier of your choice.
Customs Labeling: You must clearly write "RETURNED GOODS" on both the invoice and the outside of the parcel.
Return Costs & Duties: For all returns (except where the item is faulty), you are required to arrange and pay for the return shipping costs. Please note that we do not cover any customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes incurred upon delivery or return; all such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. In accordance with EU regulations, customers must initially clear customs to accept the parcel; any return processes must be initiated after delivery. Refusing the package due to customs fees does not exempt the buyer from return shipping liabilities.
If any customs duties occur and we have to pay them, we will refund you the amount minus those duties.
Once your package has been dispatched, please reply to this email with the tracking number and the name of the courier company.
Late Returns & Liability
After 14 Days: Returns received outside of the 14-day timeframe will strictly not be accepted.
Proof of Transit: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and ensure the goods arrive safely with us.
Loss or Damage: We do not accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit. You are highly advised to arrange your own shipping insurance.
