Item Delivery

Usually, items are shipped within five (5) days after orders are received (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and New Year holidays). Please be aware that delivery dates cannot be selected.

Returns and Exchanges

The Company does not accept returns and exchanges of items at the customer’s convenience (such as when the customer has ordered the wrong size or color, the item is different from what the customer imagined, or the customer ordered an item by mistake).
However, the Company will accept returns or exchanges for items with initial defects or that have been sent by mistake. In that case, please contact the Company through CONTACT on this site within seven (7) days after receiving the item, making sure to provide the order no., your name, and address. The Company will initiate the procedures for a return or exchange thereafter. If a replacement item is available, the Company will exchange the returned item for a non-defective one and pay the postage for the return and resending of the relevant items. However, please be aware that if a replacement item is not available, the Company will issue a full refund. Please note that if more than seven (7) days have passed since the item was delivered, it will not be possible to return or exchange it, even if it has not been opened.

Purchase Limits

Depending on the item, there may be a purchase limit per customer.

Cancellations

Please be aware that the Company does not accept any cancellations of orders at the customer’s convenience after sales contracts have been established.
