Shipping Fee

The shipping cost for Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macao, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan ,Thailand and Vietnam will be ¥2,500 flat.

Shipping to other countries will be ¥5,000.

Please note that customers are responsible for the payment of customs duties on imported goods and taxes specified by each country (VAT, etc.) on arrival of your order.

Item Delivery

Usually, items are shipped within five (5) days after orders are received (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and New Year holidays).
Please be aware that delivery dates cannot be selected.

Combined Shipping of Items

Separate orders will be shipped separately. Please be aware that multiple orders cannot be shipped collectively. 

 

CDG E-SHOP customer service will be closed from 28th December, 2024 to 5th January, 2025.

Please note that any inquiries will be reviewed after 6th January.

 

Final shipment in 2024 will be 27th December, and first shipment in 2025 will be 6th January.

Please note that orders placed between 9 AM of 27th December and 5th January will be shipped on 6th January.
