General Returns and Exchanges (Non-EU customers / Standard Policy)

Returns or exchanges at the customers convenience (change of mind, incorrect size/color ordered) are strictly not accepted.

However, returns or exchanges for items with initial defects or those sent by mistake (incorrect items) will be accepted, provided all of the following requirements are met:

The customer contacts the Company through the CONTACT page on this site within seven (7) days of the item being delivered.

The item is completely unused, unaltered, and all original tags are still attached.

All accessories, original packaging, and the statement of delivery are included.

 

Exchange & Refund Rules

Once the item is returned in accordance with our designated procedure, it will be exchanged for the correct item. Please note that it is not possible to exchange the item for a different item, color, or size.

Refunds: A refund will only be issued if the correct item is out of stock.

In-Store Purchases: If there is any problem with an item purchased at a physical retail store, inquiries must be made directly to that specific store.

Step-by-Step Procedure

Within seven (7) days of receiving delivery, please contact us through the CONTACT page on this site, ensuring you provide your order number, full name, address, and telephone number.

After we receive and verify your details through the CONTACT form, we will email you specific instructions on how to return the item.

Credit Card Refunds

For purchases made by credit card, we will initiate the refund procedure with your credit card company after we have received and inspected the returned item. Please be aware that it may take some time for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your credit card issuers processing cycles. Please contact your credit card company directly if you have any questions regarding the posted refund amount.
